Vest: Black satin and gold metallic reversible vest of high quality poyester fabric. Shoulder to shoulder, 12", shoulder to garment hem, 15", arms, 16" in circumference; armpit to armpit 15(across)". Will fit sizes US 7/8; 9/10, 11/12. There are velcro closes instead of buttons which have heart covers made of the gold metallic material.

Skirts: Waist band is 3" for M and 2" for SP & S. and is made of 4-way stretch cotton polyester blend.

SIZING: organized as waist band to hem, waist @ rest, waist, stretching.
