There are many variations of fairy wings and skirts.  This is one example.  
These tutus come in the following sizes and can be ordered individually:
Tutu dresses ($15) are made of purple metallic lame material with a tull overlay.  Purple valour halter ties keep the 4-way stretch lace bodice in place.  Halter is about 20" on each side.  Skirt sizes come in children's small, medium, XL and XXL.  Sizing is listed as waist to skirt hem, bodice length (armpit to waist) and bodice width-each at rest.
SM: (skirt) 8", (bodice length) 6"; (bodice width) 8"
M (3 variations):  9 - 10"; 6.5"; Mb10"; Mm9"; Msm8"
L:  11"; 6"; 9".
XXL: 12.5"; 6"; 14"

Angel or Fairy,  wings with 4-way stretch lace, featured in detailed shot, coming in Medium-Small - 26" from shoulder to wing tip; 19" from shoulder to wrist.  For 4 - 9 year olds.
