Feather Witch Hat

Interior circumference 22" with feather trim featuring silver flecks. The peak is 13" high and is made from stiff foam material.  The brim is 55" in circumference and 5" in depth and wired in the seam at the outer edge.  The brim is made from 4 - way stretch material.
