Beautifully detailed show piece top and tutu with mermaid tail tie one back and front.  Exquisite, fine detailing.  Material is of a high grade thick polyester spandex blend. Comes complete with corsage.  Size sm - medium for 3 - 5yrs.  Size 3T-4T-5T(sm)
Chest resting, 20", stretching to 24"
Waist at rest is 18(circ)", can stretch to 22; ruffled crinoline 13" long but reaches out horizontally.  Shoulder to shoulder 11"; waist 26".
 
Tail sizes are extra small,  small, medium & large.  All ties are from 48" to 54" in length, 1.5" wide.  Because they are handmade, measurements vary.  XSM, 6.5" wide at tie, 13" long to tail tip; Sm 7" - 8.5" wide at tail tie, 14.5" -  15" long to tail tip; Medium 7" - 9" wide at tail tie, 16"-17" long to tail tip; Large, 8" - 9" wide at tail tie, 15" - 17" long to tail tip.
