Minnie Mouse has left the house!  Shoulder to dress hem, 21";  shoulder to shoulder, 10"; waist, 10" at rest, stretches to 11" (across), Shoulder to shoulder 10"; Skirt flares to 32" across with a pink tulle underskirt dropping just below outer skirt hem.  Back opens from neck to waist 9" with velcro closes.
