Sweet and fun-loving this fairy sparkles with delight.  Size 3T, could be adjusted to 4T or even 5T.  Waist, 9(across)" stretches to 12"; tutu horizontal reach, 9"; 
Neck to top hem, 15"; chest, 20" (adjustable, with 2" of let).
Good snap and hook closes for the halter top which could be adjusted.  The large bows are attached with pins, 3 in all.  Hair barrett is included.  Magic wand and crown not shown here, but included.  White satin wings not shown here are included.  
White Wings:  come in Medium (2 - way stretch lace) and Large (r 4 - way stretch lace). 100% satin polyester, with 95% polyester 5% spandex lace.
Medium:  shoulder to wing tip 27"; shoulder to wrist 16" arm holes 8(circ)";   
Large:  shoulder to wing tip 27"; shoulder to wrist 17; arm holes 8(circ)" but with 4 - way stretch.
