Large oversize loose dress top with 60 inch belt and medium skirt.  Tail and Ears as well not pictured here.  Top siz 3X - back of neck to hem 30", arms are 19" in circumference.  Hem line is 64" in circumference.  95% polyester, 5% spandex.  4 - way stretch.  Skirt is a resting 30" waist of 2" thick elastic that can stretch to 40" with fluted pieces to create ruffles.  100% polyester.  From waist to hem 15.5".
