Black velvet velour 4 - way stretch full length dress with an empire waistline for a more formal look.  Sleeve length, 25", shoulder to hem, 52"; shoulder to wrist 23"; shoulder to shoulder, 15"; armpit to armpit (across), 17"; arm pit to shoulder is 9"(across). Empire waistline is 14" across stretching easily to 17" for a circumference of 34".  Hem perimeter, 36" across, so 72" in circumference.
